Member Directory

The Member Directory has been designed to make data entry easy as much as possible.

It contains standardised Rotary International member fields as well as customised ones. Fields include; First, Middle, Last and badge names, email, phone, address, date of birth, member type and sponsor, member title, classification, designation(Paul Harris, Benefactor, Major Donor etc.), spousal information amongst others.


Attendance Manager

All the club secretary needs to do is to add meetings by selecting the type of meeting(Business, Regular, Club Assembly) with other related options. Attendance sheet appears in a grid form where members who attended meetings are checked.

Generated Attendance Report reveals:

  • Meeting attendance percentage for members including makeups.
  • Weekly attendance percentage of members for the entire club
  • Overall monthly attendance percentage
  • Members with 100% attendance for a specified period
  • Members with most makeups


Dues and Billing

Start by generating dues invoices for a selected Rotary Year for all club members. The system also makes provision adjust invoices for specific members for any other reason.

View invoices and its associated payments with just a click. Use the powerful query bar to search for members in arrears and get figures of total expected dues, total amount paid and outstanding balance all on one screen.

Send individual members' dues dossier via mail which states the expected amount, amount paid and outstanding balance.


Accounts Manager

Aside the Dues and Billing module, add financial records at the end of every meeting. Account types such as raffle, fines, donations, birthdays etc can be added. Ones these financial data are added; the club needs not prepare end of month, half year and or full year account report statements. Such reports are generated automatically.

ClubLinks, has three levels of club accounts reporting:

  • Level One: The very fine details of the financial record for every meeting.

  • Level Two: Monthly grid view with its accompanying weekly financial records.

  • Level Three: Accumulated total Receipts and Payments and their difference.


Club Officers Manager

ClubLinks recognises the roles assigned to every individual in the club.

Assign club members specific duties using this feature. Current and incoming club officers can be assigned to positions such as President, Secretary, Treasurer, Executive Secretary/Director, Foundation, Membership, Public Relations and Youth Service chairs.


Club Budget Manager

At the beginning of every Rotary Year; a budget needs to be prepared for the ensuing year. Use this module to add budget line descriptions and its accompanying factors and amounts in US Dollars and a designated local currency.

Some examples of budget headers includes Club Admin Income, Charitable Income, Club Admin Expenses, International Expenses etc.


E-mail Centre

Use this powerful feature to send generated reports from all other modules to club members. You can also use the CC and BCC options to send copies of such reports to your Assistant Governor(AG), District Secretary(DS) and or District Governor(DG).

Upload and send minutes of meetings to club members using this feature.

Use the E-mail Centre to send regular communication to members with other file attachments.
